New to Tennis?

It’s never too late to start. Tennis Apprentice is designed to teach beginners the basic skills needed to start playing tennis quickly! We have teamed up with a number of facilities in the Atlanta area to make learning tennis convenient and affordable. This program is for beginners who have never played team tennis. The end goal is beginner-level USTA League play, the most fun way to make friends, burn calories, and stay active!

What do I do
after lessons?

After lessons, you can start playing in social and competitive leagues and we have plenty to choose from! Your instructor can help you to find a team or a league after you complete the Self Rate Questionnaire. You can also add your name to our Find a Team Database.

All leagues do their best to match people by skill level. When looking into leagues, you may see NTRP Ratings and wonder what they all mean. Here’s a handy chart to help you figure that out.
