BOARD POSITIONS

President. The President shall be the Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board of Directors. He or she shall preside at all meetings of members, the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee and any such management committee as may be appointed to direct ACTA. He or she shall, with the advice and consent of the Executive Committee, appoint all committee Chairs and committee members whose appointments are not otherwise provided for. The President shall not serve for more than two (2) consecutive terms.

Executive Vice-President. The Executive Vice-President shall assist the President in the performance of his or her duties and shall exercise all powers of the President in his or her absence or in the case of his or her resignation, incapacity, or death. The Executive Vice President shall perform such additional duties as assigned by the President.

Vice Presidents (3): Each vice president acts as a liaison to one of the following: Adult Leagues, Junior League, AYTEF. Vice Presidents shall perform such additional duties as assigned by the President.

Secretary. The Secretary shall be responsible for the keeping of accurate membership records, certifying voting power, giving notice of and keeping minutes of the meetings.

Treasurer. The Treasurer shall be responsible for the financial management and controls of ACTA. Working with the Executive Director, the Treasurer shall prepare annually a proposed budget for the forthcoming calendar year for submission to the Board of Directors. The ACTA accounts shall be audited by an outside accountant as determined by the Board of Directors. The Treasurer shall perform such other duties as may from time to time be assigned to him or her by the President.
